Medcare Medical Centre conducts a free Medical Camp

Medcare Hospital’s new clinic, Medcare Medical Centre (MMC) at Mirdiff will be conducting a free lifestyle counseling medical camp on Saturday, 24th October. The event, will begin at 9:00 am and runs throughout the day till 5:00 pm, located at the Mirdiff at the Al Barajeel Oasis Complex.
Senior medical consultants will conduct free Blood Sugar and Blood Pressure Testing, BMI Analysis, Medical Lifestyle Counseling by Physician. Also, they will give 20% discount on all follow-up consultations and procedures. The aim is to provide free medical check-up and educate the local population on importance of healthy living.
The new Medcare Medical centre at Mirdiff aims to offer its specialized services at one’s doorstep to ensure a friendly healthcare neighborhood. The Mirdiff Community is a new member to the existing cities in Dubai and it is closer to the tourist amenities which gives more opportunities for people to get healthcare assistance at the new Medcare Medical centre incase they need to avail it. This is one of the first events to help raise awareness on the importance of a healthy lifestyle.
Mr. Ala Atari, Chief Executive Officer, said, “This is the first medical camp being held at MMC. This free medical camp is for the benefit of the community. It includes public interaction with experts from our hospital. The aim is to create health awareness in the community. The MMC camp is equipped to do the basic check ups and if a patient is requested for further investigation, they will be guided by the experts at MMC camp. ‘An ounce of prevention is better than a pound of remorse’ – we hope to strengthen the message through this free medical camp”.
