   Managing director or To whom it may concern

   I have been asking your personal for a while to provide me with a separate bank account to deposit my personal load installments, yet unfortunately they refrain from doing so for some unknown reasons.

   Although I really want to pay for my home loan, I can not do so due to economic hardships that I am facing. I am very positive and optimistic that I could pay for my home loan in the near future.

   I can make payments for my personal loan right now, as the balance of the loan is smaller.

   Please provide me with a separate bank account to pay for my personal loan, and in case you do not so as soon as possible, I will not be liable for not repaying this loan.
