Kempinski Hotel Ajman turned on the yuletide spirit with a cheerful celebration of the lighting of the Christmas tree in the hotel’s lobby, which has been decked out for the festive season, on the evening of December 15.
Guests enjoyed seasonal treats of mulled wine, Christmas cookies and other festive bites to the tune of Christmas carols sung by children’s choirs from Victoria English School and Victoria International School of Sharjah, as the Kempinski Hotel Ajman sales team led by Ramzy A Faris, Director of Sales & Marketing, greeted guests and welcomed them to the tree lighting ceremony.
Christian Wiendieck, Hotel Manager of Kempinski Hotel Ajman, sparked off the evening’s celebrations by thanking guests for their presence and welcoming Santa Claus, who switched on the Christmas tree lights before distributing candy to all the children present at the event. A melodious duet by a harpist and saxophonist brought the festive evening to a close.
“The lighting of the Christmas tree is symbolic of the spirit of hope and cheerfulness that characterizes this season. Allowing our guests to soak in this spirit in a cosy atmosphere sets the tone for all the celebrations in store for the rest of the month,” said Wiendieck.
Kempinski Hotel Ajman has a stocking full of special surprises planned, including sumptuous Christmas Eve dinners, Christmas Day brunches and dinners and a special New Year’s Eve Buffet at the hotel’s outstanding restaurants such as Café Kranzler, Sabella’s and Bukhara. Gift ideas and a warm escape for the holidays also promise a season of enjoyment with a Christmas Getaway Package and gift vouchers for room stays and spa treatments available for those wishing to experience Kempinski Hotel Ajman’s special brand of festive magic. You can even take some of the holiday spirit home by carrying off a juicy turkey takeaway, complete with all the traditional Christmas trimmings.
